First Aid Responder (FAR) Training Overview

Our First Aid Responder (FAR) course is PHECC-certified and recognised by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) as the official standard for workplace first aid training in Ireland.

This course equips participants with the essential first aid skills needed to provide emergency care, handle medical incidents, and assist casualties until professional help arrives. Course Objectives

By the end of this First Aid Responder Course, participants will be able to:

Training Methods

Duration: Minimum 18 hours of instructor-led tuition over three 6-hour days (excluding breaks).

Refresher Course Available: A 2-day First Aid Refresher Course is available for participants with an existing valid certification.
